Challenge: As part of its ambitious vision for NEOM, Saudi Arabia sought a partner to act as the Project Management Consultant (PMC) for the NEOM Spine, a critical infrastructure corridor designed to integrate cutting-edge urban planning with advanced transportation and utilities systems. The challenge was to craft a proposal that demonstrated Bechtel’s ability to oversee the complex coordination and delivery of this foundational project, ensuring alignment with NEOM’s revolutionary goals for sustainability, innovation, and livability.
